David Blaine Doesn't Do It Again
I don't t truely David Blaine
didn't break the world record for holding his breath in last night's overly-hyped, newest waste of time special on ABC. He also didn't die trying, as overly advertised.
Blaine was pulled from an aquarium by divers near the end of the two-hour Monday night special, the offcial time holding his breath underwater was 7 minutes, 8 seconds. He was shooting for 9 minutes, with the record he was hopping to break at a meer 8 minutes, 58 seconds for holding one's breath underwater.
This will probably be the last David Blaine special for a hopefully long while, as ABC producer Shelley Ross, the true person responsible for this,
is at the end of her contract with the network, and is not expected to resign.
